Stacy, the Puck building was a wonderful canvas upon which you, with your talent, creativity... genius produced something magical. I know that it was not an easy environment to work; but no one could have guessed that.

To Karen and Doug, you are obviously special... I know of no other caterer who shared the wedding cake with the bride and groom. Thanks for being patient and understanding with us all. It would seem that a caterer has to be a therapist, rabbi, bubba and stand-up comedian all in one. I don't know how you manage to do it.

I don't know what we can ever do that could come even close with what you have done for this family; but never hesitate to ask. You are a dear and caring man and we love you for it.

It is exactly one week after Jordan's Bar Mitzvah and I can hardly believe it. Although I've spoken to you and thanked you, I wanted to do it in writing as well.

Stacy you were terrific to work with, so very patient and kind to an anxious Mom with plenty of suggestions as to have the kind of party we wanted. And you succeeded. It was exactly the party I'd hoped for. It was elegant and tasteful as well as beautiful and warm. I've received calls all week telling me how beautiful the affair was and how great the food was.

So thank you for all that, for being absolutely true to your word about all the details and for making what I feared would be an agonizing process onto an exciting, creative, fun one.

"Lightening never strikes twice in the same place". Our house seems to be the exception !!! Many, many thanks for the wonderful wedding reception. Your staff was very professional and friendly. The buffet was beautifully presented and quite delicious. Your attention to every detail made the day run smoothly. When the first blast of the mariachis sounded, I knew we were in for a fiesta, and a fiesta it was.
