These elegant Beaux
Arts residences that comprise the Pratt Mansions were commissioned at the
turn of the century by three of New York’s most illustrious families.
Prestigiously sited on Fifth Avenue, they are rich examples of the Golden
Age of architecture at its most opulent. And as such, were designated in
1971 by the Landmarks Commission as part of the Metropolitan Museum
Historic District.
Beyond the intricate front doors are inviting salons, walls of gleaming
marble, oak paneling, tapestries, fireplaces and inlaid parquet floors,
all restored to their original lustre. An impressive marble staircase
spirals up to the handsomely refurbished ballroom.
All menus are custom created based on clients’ specifications and fresh
